Meet Kasia

“Eating is a need. Enjoying is an art”

With over 25 years in high-volume, high-end food service, I have built my career leading kitchens that deliver exceptional dining experiences and feed thousands every single day.

I have had the privilege of working across corporate settings, hotels, private members' clubs, creative venues, charities and private schools — and I am now channelling all of that knowledge and energy into World Tables: a vibrant catering and portable street-food concept that brings authentic flavours with real understanding and care.
